Apart from the work, duties and rights mentioned in this Act regarding the seizure and control of property obtained from crime or the means related to crime, the work, duties, rights and other provisions of the body or officer authorized to investigate and investigate the crime according to the prevailing law shall be in accordance with the prevailing law.
